Sometimes the compatibility is not good, but the product requirements are not too strict, it can still have poor compatibility, such as the poor compatibility between filler and tree wax, if the size of the filler is small, even the poor compatibility basically meet the product performance requirements. It is obviously best to use coupling agent or surfactant treatment, in order to fully play its function.
The durability of the plasticizer, additive loss mainly through three ways of evaporation, extraction and migration of the main and the molecular weight of the additive, the solubility in the medium and the barren solution in the resin.
Plasticizer adaptability to processing conditions: some resin processing bar with more stringent, such as high processing temperature, should consider whether the selected additives will be decomposed, additives on the mold, equipment has corrosive effect.
The usage of products for the restriction of additives: the use of different products for the additives odor, toxicity, electrical, shochu, thermal performance, etc. have certain requirements.
The synergistic effect of plasticizer and relative anti-action, in the same resin system, sometimes two of the additives will produce a synergistic effect, more than the individual use of an auxiliary agent, the effect of a large number of functions. However, if the combination of improper, the two additives to produce a counter-action to weaken the function of each additive, and even make some kind of additives lose their role, this should pay special attention, such as carbon black and amine or phenol type of oxygen agent and will have a confrontational effect.
